One of the world’s windiest spots, where you will experience perfect kitesurfing conditions surrounded by the Sahara desert.
The reference spot is Dakhla Evasion: the resort lies on the edge of an amazing lagoon that stretches almost 40km into the desert.
The combination of 22° waters and year-round 25° air temperatures, with constant side-shore wind, makes it the perfect playground for kitesurfers of all abilities.
Wetsuit (at least 3/2) required.
In the lagoon there is mainly 4 spots:
This is the spot where you can kite everyday with any kind of tide, right in front of the kite center of Dakhla Evasion.
This spot is very famous for the off-shore wind direction and super flat water. It works with very low tide.
To get there you can go by car or you can follow a short down-wind.
This spot works with very high tide: with this conditions you can kite around the dune and even jump from the top of it.
You can get there by car or through a beautiful down-wind.
This spot works with very high tide: with this conditions a very flat lagoon forms right in the middle of the desert,
surrounded by dunes, creating a very suggestive landscape.
The Dakhla Evasion kitesurfing resort & Spa is sheltered from the wind by the sand dunes it stands on.
You can choose your favourite accommodation between bungalow, chalet and suite.
Your stay is all-inclusive and full-board; you also get free access to the pool and to the daily yoga classes.
All meals are served as buffets in the restaurant or terrace with panoramic views of the spot with a relaxed Moroccan atmosphere.
Dakhla Evasion focuses on serving top quality products: bread, pastries, local fruit, fresh orange juice, fresh fish, meat dishes, tagine, couscous and pastilla.
