At The Riding Experience we choose our instructors based on their professionalism, knowledge and experience.
Please, respect their work by canceling your booking only if really needed and with enough notice time.
Lessons and/or experiences bookings can be canceled and refund following these terms:
- Up to 10 days notice cancellations: 100% refund.
- Less than 10 days and up to 48 hrs notice cancellations: 20% refund.
- Less than 48 hrs notice cancellations: no refund.
Cancellation process: send an email to info@theridingexperience.com with object “Booking cancellation STUDENT NAME” and content “I need to cancel the booking for the the activity for STUDENT NAME booked for the DATE & TIME“.
